Descriptionthe Procurement Concerns A Framework Agreement For Bridge Maintenance In The Geographical Areas Of Innlandet And Buskerud. The Framework Agreement Includes Tasks Such As: - Work Notification - Concrete Rehabilitation - Cap Cast Land Vessels And Pillars, Support Masonry, Edge Girders, Concrete Wear Layers, Spray Mortaring And More. - Width Expansion Of Bridge Slabs And Land Vessels For Existing Bridges. - Reconstruction Of Superstructure. - Repair And Replacement Of Existing Railings And Installation Of New Bridge Railings Including Railing Transitions, Road Railings And End Terminations. - Surface Treatment Of Steel And Concrete - Removal Of Existing And Installation Of New Drainage Pipes - Repair Of Joints And Joint Thresholds - Replacement Of Asphalt Joints And Metal Joints. - Establishment Of Simple Asphalt And Tear-Indicating Joints - Asphalt Work - Replacement Of Membrane And Wear Layer The Tasks Will Vary In Scope And Include Maintenance Work Of Different Kinds That Are Not Already Covered By Operating Contracts Or Other Maintenance Contracts. The Work On The Framework Agreement Mainly Concerns Maintenance Work. Where There Is A Need For More Extensive Maintenance Work And Rebuilding Work On Individual Bridges, This Can Be Announced As Separate Contracts. The Suppliers Must Also Take An Active Role In Bridge Maintenance And Report Any Damage Observed On Bridges While On Assignment. Such Damages Are Reported Continuously. The Quantities Stated In Chapter D1 Are Based On Experience From Previous Contracts. The Specified Quantities Constitute Assumed Quantities For Expected Maintenance Needs For Two Years. However, The Indicated Quantities Are Uncertain. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is From The Conclusion Of The Contract Up To And Including 31 December 2028. The Procurement Is Advertised With An Option For A 1+1 Year Extension. Notice Of The Exercise Of The First Option Is Given In Writing And No Later Than 3 Months Before The Framework Agreement Expires. Thereafter, The Same Notification Rules Apply For Triggering New Options. Estimated Value For The Framework Agreement In 2027 Is Nok 40 – 70 Million, Excl.
