The Berliner Forests Intend To Renovate Several Roof Areas Of The Listed Former Teufelssee Waterworks, Teufelsseechaussee 22, 14193 Berlin. The Construction Work Includes The Renovation Of The Roof Areas Of The Machine House, Backing Pump House, Extension, Connecting Building And Well House (Rotunda) With A Total Area Of Approx. 404 M². The Work Is Carried Out Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Monument And Nature Conservation Law As Well As The Ongoing Operation Of The Ökowerk Berlin Nature Conservation Center. Intended Execution Period: December 2026 To May 2027, Depending On The Weather.
