Within The Framework Of This Public Procurement, Ongoing Maintenance And Repair Activities Are Planned For Sections Of The Municipal Road And Street Network On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Malko Tarnovo And Of The Republican Road Network Within The Boundaries Of The City Of Malko Tarnovo. Cutting, Milling And Removal Of The Upper Wearing Layer, Laying Of Dense Asphalt Mixture, Laying Of Loose Asphalt Mixture, Repair Of Localized Patches In The Necessary Places, Repair Of The Base Of The Road /Street/, Cutting Of Small Bushes And Trees, Shaping And Cleaning Of Drainage Ditches And Culverts And Others If Necessary Are Foreseen.All Completed Construction And Repair Works Must Comply With The Technical And Legal Regulations, With The Technical And Technological Rules And Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Relevant Types Of Work. If Irregularities And Poor-Quality Works Are Found, They Are Removed By The Contractor As Soon As Possible And Are At The Contractors Expense.For The Implementation Of The Tasks Assigned Under The Current Public Procurement Srr, It Is Not Necessary To Issue A Construction Permit, Since They Represent Ongoing Repair Activities Of The Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure Under Art. 64, Para. 1, Which Does Not Change The Route And Technical Characteristics, In The Sense Of Art. 151, Para. 1, Item 2 Of Zut.The Public Procurement Will Be Performed On The Territory Of Malko Tarnovo Municipality, Burgas Region:Full Information On The Types Of Srr And The Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation.The Specific Quantities Of Spp Will Be Further Determined Depending On The Proposed Unit Prices Of The Participant Selected As The Contractor And The Estimated Available Financial Resources Of The Contracting Authority.
