The Measure Includes The Necessary Shell Construction Work For The Structural Production Of The Cryogenic Storage Facility In The Basement Of The Existing Building 13.58 (Mfz I) As Part Of The Overall Project Building 13.59 Central Laboratory At The University Hospital Düsseldorf. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular Earthworks And Demolition Work, Concrete And Reinforced Concrete Work, Masonry Work, Drilling And Breakthroughs, Sealing Work As Well As The Production Of Foundations, Introduction Openings And Other Structural Work Adjustments According To Implementation Planning And Specifications. In Addition, The Necessary Outdoor And Paving Work Must Be Carried Out. The Existing Supporting Structure And Building Shell Remain In Place. All Work Must Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Existing Building Structure And Ongoing Clinical And Research Operations.
