Computer Servers – Complementing The Hw Equipment Of The Ict Environment, Including The Necessary Related Services. Supplementing The Hw Equipment Of The Ict Environment, Including Necessary Related Services For The Needs Of Fnsp F.D. Roosevelta Banská Bystrica Necessary Related Services Are Defined In The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Public Contracting Authority Operates A Complex Hospital Information System And Other Supporting Information Systems On A Highly Available Platform In Two Of Its Own Data Rooms. The Current Environment Is Operated On 4 Servers Of X86 Architecture, On The Vmware Platform, 2 Data Storages And Corresponding Elements Of Network Connectivity On The Cisco Platform Connected Highly Available Without Spof. The Devices Are Divided Between Two Locally Separated Data Halls Within The Hospital Complex. This Environment Forms One Whole - A Highly Available Cluster In Which All Data Is Mutually Synchronously Replicated Between Locations To Ensure Continuity Of Operation In The Event Of Operational Failures. Part Of The Solution Is An Automated Backup System At The Image Level As Well As At The File And Database Level, Which Is Implemented By Veeam Tools. The Environment Is Under The Active Support Of The Manufacturers (Valid Maintenance) And Under The Active Sla Of The Key Supplier Of The Hospital Information System. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Addition Of The Platform In The Form Of A Separate New Cluster Located In Two Locations, Just Like The Current Solution, The Aforementioned Service Will Be Provided By A Qualified Person Responsible For The Coordination And Management Of The Delivered Project. The New Platform Will Be Used To Host New Modern Applications Whose Increased Demands On Computing Power And Capacity Are Not Enough To Cover The Current Solution. The Contracting Authority Requires The Supply Of New Unused Goods - Hardware Devices And Licenses Only, It Will Not Accept Used Or Refurbished Devices Or Licenses. The Devices Must Be Intended For Distribution In The Slovak Republic. The Technical Details Of The Required Equipment Are Listed In The Detailed Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Defined Technical Specification. If In The Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract, A Summary Of Some Of The Specified Parameters Or A Range Of Parameters Identifies A Product Of A Specific Manufacturer, The Public Procurement Entity Allows The Possibility To Submit An Equivalent In The Offer, On The Condition That Such A Subject Of The Contract Will Meet The Requirements For Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics, Which Are Necessary To Ensure The Purpose For Which The Subject Of The Contract Is Intended. The Burden Of Proof Of Identification Of The Product Of A Specific Manufacturer And Fulfillment Of The Utility, Operational And Functional Characteristics Is On The Side Of The Interested Party. The Interested Party Guarantees The Functionality Of The Subject Of The Contract By Supplying And Pricing All Components That Are Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Those That Are Not Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Which Are Directly Or Indirectly Related To The Functionality Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority Will Welcome If The Interested Party Also Mentions Parameters That Are Not In The Specification And May Have A Significant Impact On Qual
