The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Acquisition Of A Combination Of Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (Uhplc) With High-Resolution Tandem Mass Spectrometry (Hrtms) Equipped With Ion Mobility. The Device Enables Complex Analysis Of Complex Samples Containing A Large Number Of Analytes In A Wide Range Of Molecular Weights, Polarity And Concentrations. It Enables A Detailed Structural Analysis Of Materials After Its Extraction Into The Liquid Phase And The Distribution Of Individual Components In Various Chromatographic Modes, As Well As Their Direct Analysis Using A Direct Probe Or Laser Desorption-Ionization (Without And With A Matrix). The Selectivity Of The Measurement Will Be Supported By Ion Mobility Separation With The Possibility Of Determining Collision Cross Sections To Support The Characterization Of Analytes. The Device Must Allow Targeted And Non-Targeted Analysis Of Sample Components. In Direct Measurement Using Laser Desorption-Ionization, It Must Enable Mass Imaging (Mapping) Of The Surface Of A Solid Sample Or Its Section. The Delivery Must Include Software Enabling Device Control, Data Collection And Processing, Metabolite Analysis Software, Multivariate Statistics For Tracking Chemical Differences Between Different Materials And Samples, And Evaluation Of Data From Mass Imaging Experiments. The Minimum Requirements For The Subject Of Public Procurement Are Defined By Technical, Commercial Or Other Contractual Conditions, Which Are Attached To The Tender Documentation.
