The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Medical Beds With Equipment In The Amount Of 11 Pieces And Bedside Cabinets To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Description And Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 2. Offers That Do Not Include The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Rejected. 3. The Remaining Terms Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To These Specifications. Co-Financing Of The Order By The Ministry Of Health Under The Multi-Annual Program Entitled National Oncology Strategy. Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Contract Award Procedure In The Event Of Failure To Allocate The Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Order (Article 257 Of The Public Procurement Act).
