Hotel, Restaurant And Retail Trade Services – Mustiala Campus Tourism Services. Hämeen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (Hamk) Is Looking For A Company That Independently Produces Tourism Services For Its Mustiala Campus. Häme University Of Applied Sciences Offers The Facilities Related To The Operation At An Affordable Rent Compared To The Operating Costs, Which Is Specified In More Detail In The Tender Documents. In Addition To Tourism Activities, Such As The Production Of Accommodation, Program And Event Services, The Agreement Includes The Possibility Of Offering Restaurant Services In The Campus Brewery Restaurant And Brewing Beer In The Same Premises. The Contract Is Concluded For A Limited Period From 1 January 2027 To 31 December 2029. After This, It Is Possible To Extend The Contract With A Two-Year Option Period From 1 January 2030 To 31 December 2031. The Use Of The Option Is Mutually Agreed Upon Between The Contracting Parties. The Contract Can Be Terminated By Either Party With A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Attachments To The Request For Tenders.
