Technical Specifications Are Subject To Approval And Publication For Each Specific Order Within The Framework Of The Dsp.The Technical Specifications Do Not Contain Requirements Pointing To A Specific Manufacturer Or Supplier, Nor A Trademark, Patent Or Origin Characterizing The Items. The Equipment Offered Must Be New And Unused. The Articles Must Not Be Samples And Not Recycled, And Compliance With This Requirement Is Proven By The Contractor Selected As A Participant Before Concluding The Relevant Public Procurement Contract. The Laboratory Equipment Upon Purchase Should Be Delivered In Original Packaging With Intact Integrity And Be In An Up-To-Date Production List Of The Manufacturer.
