The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Delivery Of Hemodialysis Solutions For The Department Of Dialysis Treatment At Sveta Anna Umbal - Sofia Jsc Upon Prior Request, According To The Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Deadline For The Execution Of The Order Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From The Signing Of The Contract, With Periodic Deliveries Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Term Is At The Offer Of The Participant In Hours Not Longer Than 24 Hours From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. The Offered Products Must Be Compatible With The Equipment With Which The Department Works - Fresenius Apparatus /Bi Bag - 5008/. The Base And Acid Solutions Offered Must Be From The Same Manufacturer.The Procedure Covers 8 (Eight) Nomenclature Units. The Participants Submit Only One Offer For The Complex Execution Of The Order, And The Presentation Of Variants Is Not Allowed. The Offer Should Cover All Nomenclature Units Specified In The Specification. A Participant Who Has Not Covered The Eight Nomenclature Units Of The Contracting Authoritys Specification Is Removed From Participation In The Procedure.The Offered Hemodialysis Solutions Should Meet The Minimum Requirements Laid Down In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. To Its Technical Proposal, Each Participant Must Attach An Authorization/Authorization Letter, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Offer, From The Manufacturer Company Or Its Representative Or An Authorized Person, Issued In The Name Of The Participant, Granting The Participant The Right To Trade In Its Products.
