Modular Furniture – Supply And Installation Of Acoustic Meeting Boxes. The Board Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Supply, Installation And Ready-To-Use Delivery Of Free-Standing Acoustic Meeting Boxes. The Meeting Boxes Are Intended For Individual Working, Telephone Conversations, Online Meetings And Physical Consultation Moments Within Office, Educational And Meeting Environments. The Standard Range Includes At Least: • A One-Person Meeting Box; • A Two-Person Meeting Box; • A Four-Person Meeting Box. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Order Other Dimensions Or Configurations Within The Same Range If These Are Offered By The Contractor. Orders Are Placed According To The Needs Of The Contracting Authority During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. Deliveries Can Relate To One Or More Meeting Boxes And Must Be Carried Out At Various Locations In Flanders And The Brussels Capital Region. The Assignment Includes At Least Transport, Delivery, Assembly, Positioning At The Indicated Location, The Possible Connection Of Integrated Technologies And The Delivery Of The Meeting Boxes Completely Ready For Use.
