Miscellaneous General And Special-Purpose Machinery – Planning, Delivery And Commissioning Of A High-Pressure Homogenizer For The Biocampus Multipilot (Bmp). The Subject Of The Award Is The Production, Factory Testing, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance And Instruction Of An Industrial High-Pressure Homogenizer. The System Must Achieve A Continuous Product Throughput Of At Least 1,000 L/H With A Simultaneous Homogenization Pressure Of 1,200 Bar. It Is Used In Particular For The Cell Disruption Of Products Produced By Fermentation. Relevant Fermenter Sizes Are 200L To 10M³ Working Volume. The Scope Of Services Includes Detailed Technical Planning Including The Creation Of A 3D Model, The Coordination Of The Mechanical, Media And Automation Technology Interfaces, The Creation Of The Necessary Msr And Automation Documents, Production, Factory Testing, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Proof Of Performance, Training Of The Operating Personnel And The Handover Of Complete As-Built Documentation. The System Must Be Designed For Safe, Reliable And Maintenance-Friendly Continuous Operation. It Must Have Suitable Pressure, Throughput And Temperature Measurements, Safety Functions And Interfaces For Integration Into A Higher-Level System Control System. Optionally, Additional Components Can Be Offered In Addition To The Minimum Requirements: Soundproof Enclosure, Product Heat Exchanger For Connection To A Cold Water Network, Pump Station For Media Pumping, Mobile Skid Design And Higher-Quality Materials For Components In Contact With The Product. Detailed Technical, Process-Related And Location-Specific Documents Will Be Made Available To Interested Companies Via The Messaging Function Of The Procurement Platform After A Non-Disclosure Agreement Has Been Submitted.
