Hvac Packages – Energy Savings At Hotel Duo A.S. - Object Retro - Deliveries. The Subject Of This Public Order Is The Design, Supply And Installation Of A New System Of 2 Heat Pumps And The Provision Of Related Works And Services, The Main Purpose Of Which Is To Reduce The Energy Demand In The Clients Building, Including The Provision Of Warranty Service For A Period Of Min. 60 Months (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Public Contract). The Subject Of The Public Contract Does Not Include: I. Tube And Plate Heating Elements, Floor Heating System, Hot Water Heaters, Mar Of The Entire System, Storage Tank, Expansion Tank, Distributors, Manifolds And Circulation Pumps And Ii. Out-Of-Warranty Or Post-Warranty Services, Especially Repairs Of Malfunctions And Damage, For Which The Selected Supplier Is Not Responsible Due To Defective Performance Or Warranty. On The Other Hand, All Repairs, Service Interventions And Removal Of Defects And Malfunctions Are Part Of The Performance, For Which The Selected Supplier Is Responsible In Terms Of Liability For Defects Or Quality Guarantees. This Does Not Affect Regular Service Inspections, Service On-Call And Handling Complaints To The Extent Agreed In The Draft Contract.
