In This Order, The Designation Arwos Is Used As A Common Designation For The Two Companies: Arwos Spildevand A/S And Arwos Vand A/S. When The Designation Is Used In Relation To The Execution Of The Tender, It Refers To Arwos Spildevand A/S. When The Designation Is Used In Relation To A Specific Task Under The Framework Agreement, It Refers To The Company That Orders The Task. The Framework Agreement Includes Advice And Assistance Within Environmental Impact Assessment As Well As Related Technical Advice In Connection With Arwos Projects In The Area Of Waste Water And Drinking Water. The Advice Must Support The Provision Of The Environmental Impact Assessment Of The Projects And The Related Authority Processes. For Arwos Spildevand A/S, The Need For Advice Is Mainly Related To The Project On The Centralization Of The Treatment Plant. The Project Includes The Expansion Of The Treatment Plant In Bov, Kollund And Brøde And The Establishment Of Approx. 36 Km Of Cut-Off Pipes And Basins. The Centralization Will Contribute To The Improvement Of The Water Environment In Flensborg Fjord And Ensure A More Efficient Operation. For Arwos Vand A/S, The Consultation Is Expected To Include Technical Project Development And Clarification Of The Environmental Impact Assessment. The Framework Agreement Includes The Following Two Service Areas: • Service Area 1 Includes Advice And Assistance Within Environmental Impact Assessment, Including The Provision And Assessment Of Environmental Data Bases, Studies, Specialist Assessments, Technical Notes, Environmental Impact Reports And Assistance For The Associated Authority Processes. Analyses, Clarification Of Solution Options And Provision Of A Technical Basis For The Environmental Assessments And Authority Processes. The Consultancy Also Includes The Project And Process Management As Described Under The Individual Service Areas. The Framework Agreement Does Not Include The Subsequent Design Of Waste Water Treatment Plants Or Associated Pipelines. The Framework Agreement And The Specific Consultancy Tasks Assigned Under The Framework Agreement Apply And Construction Companies
