Quotation are invited for External Evaluator Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development 2 Scope of work: AMEL Association International in cooperation with Kindernothilfe (KNH) would like to commission an end-evaluation of the project Education for All funded by BMZ to an external evaluator winner of a tender advertised on accessible sector venues such as but not strictly confined to DALEEL MADANI (https://daleel-madani.org). The evaluation is to be carried out by a neutral and objective external evaluator following the completion of all project activities and the leave of all participants. No other project than Education for All funded by Kindernothilfe would have to be evaluated by the external evaluator. The educational project Education for All has been implemented in Lebanon namely in the regions of Haret Hreik, Bazourieh and Tyre. Haret Hreik is situated in the southern suburb of Administrative Beirut yet generally admitted as a part of Greater Beirut. Both Bazourieh and Tyre are located within the District of Tyre, the latter situated in the Governorate of South Lebanon.
