The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Desktop Computers With Monitors, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment, For The Faculty Of Management Of The University Of Gdańsk With Option Rights. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 30213300-8 (Desktop Computer), 30231300 (Screen Monitors). 3. The Order Includes The Delivery Of Desktop Computers With Monitors In The Quantities Specified In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right, Consisting In Increasing The Quantity Of Equipment Ordered As Part Of The Basic Order, On The Terms And In The Manner Described Below: 1) The Ordering Party May, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Place Orders To The Contractor Covered By The Option Right, Specifying The Quantity And Type Of Equipment Indicated In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Provided That The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Specified In This Annex Is Not Exceeded, 2) Submitting The Contractor Of The Order Covered By The Option Right By The Authorized Representative Of The Ordering Party, In The Manner Specified In § 6 Section 4 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Constitutes The Ordering Partys Exercise Of The Option Right In Terms Of The Quantity And Type Of Equipment Indicated In This Order, 3) The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right Once Or Repeatedly, By Placing Subsequent Orders Covering Selected Quantities And Types Of Equipment, Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Specified In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Contract Is Exhausted, But No Later Than On The Date Referred To In Point 1, 4) The Value Of The Equipment Ordered Under Option Rights Will Be Consistent With The Unit Prices Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 5) Deadline For The Completion Of Each Order Covered By The Option Right: Up To 30 Days From The Date Of Placing The Order Covered By The Option Right By The Ordering Party, 6) Exercising The Option Right Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part.
