And Industriei Str. In Zalău Municipality. Within The Contract, The Following Services/Activities Will Be Provided And The Following Documentation Will Be Prepared: Stage I: Sf With Dali Elements And Supporting Studies/Documentation • Feasibility Study With Dali Elements And General Estimate, According To Gd No. 907/2016; • Topographic Survey Aimed At Ocpi; • Geotechnical Study And Other Necessary Field Studies; • Traffic Study; • Lighting Study For Street Lighting And Energy Audit For Street Lighting; • Documentation For Urban Planning Certificate, Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations, Including Environment And Water; • Studies/Documentation Regarding The Coexistence, Protection Or Relocation Of Building Networks; • Studies/Documentation Regarding Land Occupation, Identification Of Owners/Holders, The Legal Regime Of Buildings And The Areas Affected By The Investment; • Preparation Of The Land Expropriation/Acquisition Corridor And Related Cadastral Documentation, Including For Permanent Works, Relocations/Protection Of Utilities, Accesses, Public Space Arrangements And Temporary Occupations, If Applicable; • Evaluation Report For The Affected Buildings And Centralizers/Tables With The Buildings, Owners/Holders, Surfaces And Compensation Values, As Appropriate; • Dnsh Analysis, Climate Immunization Analysis, Horizontal Principles, Neb And Bim/Equivalent Method • Obtaining Urban Planning Certificate And The Notices Mentioned Therein. Stage Ii: Carrying Out Procedures For Drawing Up Topo-Cadastral Documentation, Carrying Out Evaluations For Possible Expropriations The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Of The Service For Drawing Up Topo-Cadastral Documentation And Real Estate Evaluation Documentation - Necessary For Carrying Out Expropriation Procedures. This Stage Is Conditioned By The Establishment Of The Expropriation Corridor As A Result Of The Approval Of The Technical-Economic Indicators At Sf Level, So That, Although It Can Take Place In Parallel With Stage I, Its Completion Can Only Take Place After The Reception Of Stage I. Stage Iii: Dtac/Dtad, Dtoe And Pt+De • Technical Documentation For The Authorization Of The Execution Of Construction/Demolition Works, As Appropriate; • Documentation Regarding The Organization Of The Execution; • Technical Project And Execution Details; • Specifications For Specialties, Memos, Plans, Lists Of Quantities, Quotations, Forms F1-F6, Graphics, Health And Safety Plan, As Appropriate; • The Correlation Of Dtac/Dtad, Dtoe And Pt+De With The Cadastral Limits, The Affected Lands, The Expropriation/Acquisition Corridor And The Conditions Resulting From The Cadastral Documentation And Ocpi/Ancpi Notices, If Applicable.
