The Consultation Results In The Establishment Of A Framework Agreement With Multi-Awardee Purchase Orders (3 Maximum) Setting All The Contractual Stipulations With The Minimum Annual Amount: 0 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Maximum Amount For The Urban Community: 2,000,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax And 400,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For The City Of Le Havre. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One Year From Its Date Of Notification. It Will Be Tacitly Renewable Three (3) Times For A Period Of One Year, I.E. A Maximum Overall Duration Of Four (4) Years. The Services, At Unit Prices, Can Be Ordered On Bpu, In Any Catalogs Of The Holder And On The Public Prices Of The Holder In His Quotes (To Which The Discount Rate Indicated In The Framework Agreement Is Applied)
