The Subject Of The Tender Is The Airborne, Thermographic Examination Of A Total Of 11,209 Kilometers Of Overhead Lines At 110, 220 And 380 Kv Levels In The Tennet Tso Gmbh Network Area As Well As The Subsequent Evaluation Of The Images And The Handover Of The Results. The Thermographic Flights Must Be Carried Out Using Aircraft (E.G. Helicopters). In Particular: - Large Line Lengths Must Be Processed Within Short, Suitable Weather And Load Windows, - Safe Flight Over 110/220/380 Kv Overhead Lines Must Be Ensured While Maintaining The Required Flight Profiles, - Sufficient Range, Flight Time And Operational Flexibility For Large-Scale Line Sections Must Be Ensured, - The Operation Of The Thermography Systems Must Be Made Possible, - Short-Term Dispositions Must Be Implemented Depending On Network Operation, Weather Conditions And Current Load Can. The Service Is Provided In Accordance With The Tender Documents, In Particular In Accordance With The Tennet Thermography Guideline. The Services Are Being Tendered For The Flight Periods 2027 And 2028. The Tendered Services Are Divided Into The Following Three Lots: - Lot 1: 3,029 Overhead Line Kilometers (Line Area: Bavaria_South & Franconia) - Lot 2: 3,918 Overhead Line Kilometers (Line Area: Hesse & Lower Saxony_East) - Lot 3: 4,262 Overhead Line Kilometers (Line Area: Niedersachsen_West & Schleswig-Holstein) Attention: The Specified Line/Circuit Lengths Correspond To The Inventory In The Respective Lot. It Would Be Desirable To Thermograph The Entire Length. However, Experience Has Shown That Due To Bad Weather, Lack Of Capacity Or Other Network Situations, Only A Shorter Cable Length Can Actually Be Thermographed. The Aim Of The Thermographic Measurements Is To Reach At Least 70% Of The Cable/Circuit Lengths. The Network Map Included In The Tender Documents Provides A Rough Overview. Providers Can Apply For Individual Or (Preferably) All Lots. The Maximum Number Of Lots That Can Be Awarded To A Bidder Is Limited To Two Lots. It Should Be Noted That A Lot Can Only Be Awarded If A Complete Team With Equipment (Personnel, Aircraft, Measuring System) Is Available For The Corresponding Lot (I.E. Two Different Teams For Two Lots). A Package Discount If Two Lots Are Awarded Is Possible And Appreciated. The Award Is Made From The Perspective Of Overall Economic Efficiency.
