Among These Tasks Entrusted To Utic Is Installing, Configuring, Maintaining And Resolving Possible Incidents That May Affect User Equipment, Wi-Fi Networks, Communications Networks, Applications, Videoconferencing Systems, As Well As The Administration Of Server Systems In Microsoft Operating Environments, Such As Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Etc. All Of These Tasks Normally Carried Out By Internal Staff Have Been Increased With The Provision Of Support To Sec Users. The Objectives To Be Achieved With This Contract Will Be: -Maximum Availability Of The Technical Resources Used By Users In The Minimum Possible Time. -A Single Point Of Contact. -Maintain Computer Equipment In Optimal Conditions. -Apply Corporate Security Policies.
