Liquid Nitrogen-Sulfur Fertilizer Rsm S 26 N + 3% S Or A Substitute Product Approved In Accordance With The Rules Below In An Amount Of 144 Tons. Required Technical And Quality Parameters. Liquid Nitrogen-Sulfur Fertilizer. Nitrate-Urea Solution. Content: Total Sulfur 3% S So3 7.5% Soluble In Water. Nitrogen N 26% Nitrogen, Including: In The Ammonium Form Nh4 6.6% In The Nitrate Form No3 4.0% In The Amide Form Nh2 15.4% To Confirm The Information Regarding The Above-Mentioned Quality Parameters Of The Product, The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Be Accompanied By Evidence In The Form Of A Safety Data Sheet Or Other Document Confirming Compliance With The Required Product Parameters. Substitute Products And The Order Of Their Approval. Due To Possible Limitations In The Market Availability Of The Basic Fertilizer, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Substitute Products In The Following Order: 1. Rsm S 26 N + 3% S - Basic Product. 2. Rsm 28 N + 5% S – First-Choice Substitute Product. 3. Rsm 32 - Second-Choice Substitute Product, Acceptable Only If The Products Indicated In Points 1 And 2 Are Unavailable. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Indicated Order. The Use Of A Lower Priority Product Is Only Permitted If A Higher Priority Product Is Unavailable. The Supplied Fertilizer Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations Regarding The Marketing And Use Of Fertilizers And Must Have Manufacturers Documentation Specifying Its Composition And Quality Parameters. The Ordering Party Is An Agricultural Tax Payer And Will Use The Ordered Product For Its Own Needs.
