The Subject Of This Public Contract Is Service Desk Services, Terminal Support Services, Other Equipment And Small Hardware Support Services And Lan Support Services. The Subject Of Performance Is Also Services Based On Time & Material And Assistance Services Provided As Part Of The Service Termination Plan. Individual Sub-Fulfilments Of This Contract Are Therefore: A) Service Desk: The Subject Of The Service Is The Provision Of A Single Point Of Contact (Single Point Of Contact) Of The Service Desk And Communication Channels For Service Users And For The Contracting Party; B) Terminal Support: The Subject Of The Services Is The Provision Of Technical Equipment (Hw) And Software (Sw) Support For Terminal Stations; C) Support Of Other Devices And Small Hw: The Subject Of Performance Is Flat-Rate Services And On-Demand Services Related To One Of The Following Devices: Mobile Terminal Device, Modem, Ip Telephone, Small Hw, Local Or Network Printer, Multifunction Device, Plotter; D) Lan Support: The Subject Of Performance Is Cabling Patching, Keeping The Documentation Related To Cabling, Sockets And Patch Panels Up-To-Date; E) Services Based On Time & Material: The Subject Is Drawing On The Services Of Specialists In Predefined Roles Based On Individual Orders.
