Tramline Construction Works – Sv-Mbr-261021-002 - New Tram West Tangent, Track And Road Construction In Construction Phase I. With This Construction Project, Construction Phase I Of The Tram West Tangent Between Laimer Roundabout / South Portal Of The Environmental Composite Tube (Uvr) At Laim S-Bahn Station And Romanplatz Will Be Realized. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Construction Of The Track And Operational Systems Of The Tram, Including The Connection To Existing Track Systems, The New Construction And Conversion Of Bus Stops And The Adaptation Of Adjacent Road Traffic Systems. The Work Is Taking Place Both In The Inner-City Street Space Along Wotanstrasse And Within The Environmental Composite Pipe. The Construction Project Essentially Includes: ->New Construction Of Approx. 2.1 Km Of Double-Track Tram Route, Of Which Approx. 200 M In The Tunnel (Uvr), ->New Construction Or Conversion Of 3 Bus Stops, ->Construction And Conversion Of Approx. 20,000 M² Of Traffic Areas Including Roadways, Sidewalks And Cycle Paths, ->Construction Of Drainage Systems As Well As Cable Protection Pipes And Infrastructure Routes, ->Adaptation And Connection To Existing Traffic And Track Systems. The Construction Area Is Characterized By Limited Space, Numerous Property Access Roads, Existing Trees, Existing Tram And Bus Stops As Well As High Traffic Loads From Motorized Private Transport, Public Transport As Well As Pedestrian And Cyclist Traffic. Accessibility To Adjacent Properties And Existing Traffic Facilities Must Be Ensured During The Construction Period.
