The Contractor Is Responsible For The Procurement And Provision Of Core-Based Subscription Licensing For The Central Server Virtualization Of The Munich Clinic Based On Vmware Vsphere. The Contractor Acts As The Central Contact For License Delivery And Ensures The Uninterrupted Availability Of Subscription Licensing For The Existing Vmware Environment. The Services Include In Particular: - Provision Of Subscription Licenses For Vmware Vsphere Foundation For The Total Number Of 1,472 Cores Mentioned In Section 3.2 A) - Provision Of The Associated Vsan Licensing As Part Of The Foundation Entitlement For The Six Decentralized Clusters (108 Tb Requirement) - 24/7 Production Support For The Entire Contract Term - Provision Of All License Keys, Downloads And Entitlement Via The Manufacturer/Reseller Portal - Appointment Of A German-Speaking Contact Person; The Contractual Regulation Is Set Out In Number 11 Of The Evb-It Transfer Agreement (Appendix 6). The Service Does Not Cover Hardware Procurement, Migration Or Implementation Services As Well As Pso Credits, As Well As New Purchases Or Upgrades Of Additional Product Packages (E.G.
