The Tender Documents Include The Masonry And Concrete Work On The Shell. This Includes The Construction Site Equipment With A Tower Crane, A Shallow Foundation In Permanent Formwork With Foundation Work On The Existing Basement In Accordance With Din 4123, A Waterproof Floor Slab With Perimeter Insulation As Well As Reinforced Concrete Walls, Columns, Beams And Ceilings In In-Situ Concrete, Partly In Exposed Concrete Sb3, Including A Wall-Like Beam. This Also Includes Flights Of Stairs And Platforms As Exposed Concrete Prefabricated Parts, Load-Bearing And Non-Load-Bearing Ks Masonry With Building End Walls, Building Sealing, Core Insulation And Clinker Facing Masonry With Stainless Steel Supports And Prefabricated Lintels.
