Boiler Installations – New Procurement Of Three Identical Hot Water Generators For The Altglienicke Location. We Hereby Refer To Tender No. 2026005425, Which Has A Similar Procurement Type. At The Hw Altglienicke Site, The Three Identical Hot Water Generation Systems Hwe 3, 4 And 5 Must Be Replaced By New Systems With Almost Identical Performance As A Shell Boiler Version (According To En 12953). The Hwe 3 And 4 Are Currently Still In Operation, Only The Hwe 5 Has Not Been Operated For Several Years And Is Permanently Out Of Operation. In Order Not To Jeopardize Or Further Restrict The Security Of Supply At The Location, A Step-By-Step Procedure For Replacing First Hwe 5 And Then Hwe 4 And Then Hwe3 Is Absolutely Necessary. The Three New Hot Water Generators To Be Built Are To Be Connected To A Newly Built 3-Pipe Chimney Using New Flue Gas Ducts. In Order To Introduce And Remove The Hwe, The Existing Flue Gas Duct (Mostly Brickwork) Is To Be Dismantled And The Outer Wall Of The Boiler House Is To Be Opened And Closed Again After The Work Has Been Completed. The Scope Of The Tender Includes All Services That Are Necessary To Replace The Hot Water Generators Described Above Into New, Ready-To-Use Systems. This Includes Planning And Detailed Engineering (Construction, Mechanics And Electrical/Control Technology), The Dismantling Of Existing Old Systems (Including Removal Of Interfering Edges), The Delivery, Assembly And Piping (On The Water And Flue Gas Side) Of The New Boilers And The Chimney, Including The Equipment Necessary For Operation (Measuring Technology, Fittings, Pumps, Gas Control System, Boiler Control Cabinet, Etc.) As Well As The Commissioning Of The Boilers. All Newly Installed Components Must Be Easily Accessible In Terms Of Their Operation And Maintenance Areas Or Can Be Easily Accessed Or Operated. If Steel Construction Platforms/Platforms Are Converted Or Necessary For This Purpose, This Is Also Within The Contractors Scope Of Services. Compliance With All Applicable Guidelines, Laws, Regulations And Standards Is Required For The Contractors Scope Of Services Described Above.
