Construction Structures And Materials; Auxiliary Products To Construction (Except Electrical Apparatus) – Wpa 3 Delivery, Construction And Commissioning Of The Rhine Water System (Los Rls). Mvv Flusswärme Gmbh Is Planning To Build And Operate A Third River Water Heat Pump System (Wpa3) On The Site Of The Large Mannheim Power Plant (Gkm) In Mann-Heim-Neckarau. The System Is Intended To Provide A Thermal Output Of Around 120 Mw And Make A Significant Contribution To Sustainable, Low-Co2 Heat Supply. To Ensure The Required Rhine Water Supply To The Heat Pump System, Three New Rhine Water Pumps With A Delivery Rate Of 3 M³/S Each Must Be Installed In The Existing Screening Machine Pump House (Smph) Block 1+2. The Pumps Should Be Adapted To The Existing Foundation Rings. Following Each Pump, A Combined Non-Return Butterfly Valve Must Be Delivered, Installed And Integrated Into The Overall System. The Pumps (Approx. Dn1200 Each) Are Connected Via Newly Constructed Internally Coated Steel Pipes, Which Are To Be Connected From The Pumps Via A Collector (Approx. Dn2000) To The Grp Pipe (Approx. Dn2000) Installed By Lot Rlb (Pipeline Construction) In The Interior Area Via A Flange Connection. The Client Has Already Carried Out A Market Inquiry With A Potential Manufacturer For The Pumps. In Addition To The Mechanical And Piping Measures, Necessary Ancillary And Auxiliary Construction Work Must Be Carried Out. This Includes, In Particular, The Production Of Immersion And Baffle Walls In The Pump Chamber, If Necessary, Pipe Bearing Foundations And Necessary Modifications To Existing Gratings. The Contractors Scope Of Delivery And Services Includes The Complete Planning, Design, Production, Delivery, Assembly, Testing, Acceptance And Commissioning Of The System Components With The Involvement And Support Of The Respective Component Manufacturers (Oem). The System Is Ready For Operation, Compliant With Standards And Handed Over To The Client In Accordance With The Project-Related Requirements.
