Engineering-Design Services For Traffic Installations – Decentralized Truck Pre-Congestion - Object Planning Traffic Installations. On Behalf Of The Authority For Economic Affairs, Labor And Innovation (Bwai), A Feasibility Study Was Carried Out To Create 15 Truck Pre-Storage Areas In The Billbrook / Rothenburgsort Industrial Area In The Hamburg-Mitte District. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Support The Revitalization And Modernization Of The Industrial Area And To Improve The Transport Infrastructure For Heavy Goods Traffic. The Identified 15 Truck Pre-Storage Areas Must Be Checked With Regard To Their Feasibility And Further Planned And Implemented Based On The Currently Valid Regulations And Guidelines (Restra). This Feasibility Study Serves As The Basis For Preliminary Planning. The Existing Documents Must Be Viewed, Checked And Included In Further Planning By The Contractor. The Contractors Obligation To Provide Services Includes The Basic Services Of The Traffic System Object Planning In Accordance With Part 3, Section 4 (§§ 45 Ff.) Of The Hoai In Service Phases 1 To 8 In Accordance With § 47 Hoai In Conjunction With Appendix 13, Number 13.1 Hoai, As Well As The Relevant Specifications Of The Lb-Straßen. In Addition, The Special And Additional Services Required For Planning And Implementation Must Be Provided. The Order Includes The Following Service Profiles: - Traffic Systems, Internal Access Roads, Construction-Related Development, Pedestrian And Cycle Path Connections, Roadside Greenery, Public Lighting - Surface Drainage - Line Route Planning And Coordination (Optional Service)
