It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support - Provision Of Subscription Technical Support Of Financial Accounting Software Workflow For The Needs Of The Ministry Of Energy. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes Provision Of Subscription Support For The Workflow Accounting Software Implemented In The Ministry Of Energy, Including Its Related Modules, Applications, Databases And Functionalities. The Participant Should Be The Developer (Copyright Holder) Of The Accounting Software Workflow Or A Person Authorized By The Developer Or His Official Representative With Rights To Distribution (Territorial Distribution) And Support Of The Accounting Software. To Certify The Above, The Participant Should Submit A Copy Of A Document Proving These Rights, In Bulgarian Or Accompanied By A Translation Into Bulgarian, With Its Technical Proposal. In Cases Where The Participant Submits A Document From An Official Representative Of The Developer, The Proposal Should Be Accompanied By Proper Evidence That The Official Representative Has The Authority To Reauthorize Third Parties To Perform The Relevant Activity. *** The Performance Requirements Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1
