Environmental Engineering Consultancy Services – Environmental And Substantive Supervision During Planning And Implementation Of Conservation And Adaptation Works In Summer Bat Sites.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Advisory And Environmental Supervision Services In The Planning And Implementation Of Conservation And Adaptation Works In Summer Bat Sites. 2. The Scope Of The Order Will Include: 2.1. Advising The Ordering Party During Work On The Selection Of Summer Sites For Bats Of The Following Species: Lesser Horseshoe Bat (Rhinolophus Hipposideros), Greater Bat (Myotis Myotis) And Common Bat (Myotis Emarginatus) In The Małopolska Region, Where It Is Necessary To Carry Out Cleaning Works (E.G. Cleaning The Guano, Replacing Or Spreading The Foil) And Carrying Out Other Minor Adaptation And Repair Works. Work On The Facilities Is Scheduled To Be Carried Out Between December 2026 And March 2027. 2.2. Determining The Scope Of Work Necessary To Perform In Previously Selected Bat Sites In Accordance With The Current Needs At The Site (Including Advice, Consultations And Proposals For The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Agreeing Their Scope With A Technical Expert. 2.3. Environmental Supervision Over The Conservation And Adaptation Works Carried Out In 30-40-Year-Old Bat Sites Will Be Carried Out By A Chiropterologist Specialist. Supervision Is To Ensure That The Work Is Performed Correctly, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With Bat Protection Requirements And Without Harm To Bats. 3. Details Of The Scope Of The Subject Of This Order (Including A Detailed Description Of The Method Of Implementing The Task) Are Specified In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
