The Targeted Services Are Listed In Annex Iii And In Chapter 6 Of The Act Of 17 June 2016 On Public Procurement. Moreover, It Concerns A Mixed Assignment Within The Meaning Of Article 2, 6° Of The Royal Decree Of 18 April 2017 (Cf. Inventory To Be Completed). This Contract Is A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Article 2, 35° Of The Act Of 17 June 2016 On Public Procurement. In The Context Of This Assignment, Atlas.Brussels Is The Purchasing Center In Accordance With Article 2, 6° Of The Law Of 17 June 2016 On Public Procurement. This Assignment Is A Service Assignment And Concerns: - The Complete Daily Administrative Management Of The Medical Certificates Of The Statutory And Contractual Staff Members Who Fall Within The Scope Of These Specifications; - Monitoring The Absences Due To Illness Of The Statutory And Contractual Staff Of Atlas.Brussels And Of The Beneficiary Contracting Parties Of This Purchasing Center; - The Medical Examination Of Statutory And Contractual Employees On Sick Leave Who Request Leave For Reduced Performance For Medical Reasons; - The Annual Medical Examination Of Statutory Employees Who Are Unavailable Due To Serious And Long-Term Illness; - The Assessment Of Applications For A Stay Abroad During An Absence Due To Illness And, If Necessary, The Organization Of Medical Checks Abroad; - Drawing Up Reports On Absences Due To Illness And On Medical Checks.
