Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations – Framework Agreement: Technical Maintenance, Repair, Expansion And Renewal Of The Hvac Installations Of The Provincial Heritage. The Province Of Limburg Wants To Draw Up A Framework Agreement For The Technical Maintenance And Related Repairs Of The Hvac Installations Of The Buildings Of The Limburg Provincial Government. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of 4 Years. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide For: Part 1: Legally Required Maintenance - Carried Out By The Contractors Own Personnel (With The Required Approvals) Or Recognized Inspection Bodies. - An Annual Inspection Of Heating Appliances That Run On Fuel Oil And Gaseous Fuels. - For The Cooling Appliances, The Service Provider Will Ensure That The Obligations Regarding Maintenance And Inspection Are Complied With. - The Service Provider Is Responsible For A Tightness Measurement Of The Gas Pipes. Part 2: Preventive Maintenance - Additional Maintenance On Top Of The Legal Requirements, Which Must Be Carried Out At Regular Intervals Or Based On Operating Hours With The Aim Of: - Promoting The Lifespan Of The Installations; - The Prevention Of Dangerous Situations; - Preventing Malfunctions And Defects; - Keep Energy Consumption As Low As Possible. Part 3: Corrective Maintenance - Maintenance That Is Carried Out When Defects Occur: - Repair Faults And Defects Within The Agreed Time; - The Price For The Spare Parts Is Determined On The Basis Of An Increase Percentage; Part 4: Sub-Assignments - Carrying Out Works In The Context Of Demolition, Renovation And/Or Expansion Of Technical Installations: - A Separate Service Order Is Issued For Each Sub-Assignment, Stating The Nature And Scope Of The Works, Start Date And Implementation Period. A Separate Report Of Approval For Acceptance Of The Works Of The Partial Assignment (Partial Delivery) Will Be Drawn Up, In Accordance With The Provisions Of These Specifications; - Based On A Price Per Hour For Working Hours; - The Price For The Necessary Materials Is Determined On The Basis Of An Increase Percentage; - No Minimum Number Of Working Hours Nor A Minimum Amount For Partial Assignments Can Be Determined. Part 5: Spare Parts Based On An Increase Percentage - The Amount Provided Annually For The Necessary Spare Parts (Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance And Partial Orders) Is Set At € 100,000 Excluding Vat. The Aim Of The Combination Of These Interventions Is: - To Achieve Business Security; - Guaranteeing Safe Operation; - Preventing Dangerous Situations; - Promoting The Lifespan Of The Technical Installations, I.E. Ensuring That The Installations Last As Long As Possible From Economic And/Or Technical Considerations; - Protect The Material From Damage; - Preventing Malfunctions And Defects; - Repairing Defects; - Minimize Energy Consumption; - Installing And Commissioning Additional Hvac Installations Via Partial Orders.
