Subject Matter Of The Order.1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction And Mining Works In The Scope Of The Air Conditioning System In The Budryk And Lebzeltern Chambers On Level Iii Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine.1.2 The Scope Of The Order Does Not Include Mining Works In The Scope Of Enlarging The Cross-Section Of The Ventilation Hole (The So-Called Ventilation Roll) From The Budryk Chamber.2. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Obtain All Maps, Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Develop A Construction Design, 2) Develop A Construction Design For The Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, To Which The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Design) Apply, Agree It With The Mine Services And Obtain Approval From The Operations Manager Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine. (Krzg) Construction,7) Obtaining Other Necessary Consents And Permits,8) Carrying Out Construction And Mining Works To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment,9) Preparing As-Built Documentation Together With The Operating Instructions For The Air Conditioning System,10) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Submitting A Notification Of The Completion Of Construction,11) Conducting Training In The Operation Of The Air Conditioning System.12) Obtaining The Krzg Permit To Put The Conditioning System Into Operation.3. Construction Design And Executive Design3.1 The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare Construction And Executive Designs Based On The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Construction Of An Air Conditioning System In The Budryk And Lebzeltern Chambers On The Premises Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine, Developed By Mr. Janusz Pestkowski, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, Excluding The Enlargement Of The Ventilation Opening Cross-Section. 3.2 The Construction Design Should Take Into Account The Conservation Recommendations Of The District Conservator Of Monuments In Wieliczka Of September 30, 2025, Sign: Bkz.4120.1.50.2025.Js Constituting An Annex To The Functional And Utility Program.3.3 Designs: Construction And Executive The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Tender Procedure, Current Construction And Mining Knowledge, And In A Complete Manner From The Point Of View Of The Purpose They Are To Serve.3.4 The Executive Design Should Include At Least The Elements Indicated In Annex No. 19 To Contract Template.3.5 The Ordering Party Will Provide Supervision By One Supervisor During Site Inspections At The Bottom Of The Mine From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. On Working Days From Monday To Friday - After Prior Arrangement Of The Date.3.6 Before Applying To The Competent Authorities For The Issuance Of The Required Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, The Contractor
