- Supplying And Installing Street Drains And Making Connections To The Sewer Or Inspection Chamber. The Assignments And Period To Be Carried Out Will Be Transferred By The Leading Official To The Contractor By Email Or Letter After Consultation Between The Leading Official And The Contractor, In Order To Commence Them Within Or Within An Acceptable Period Of 3 Weeks Required To Obtain All Permits. The Implementation Period Will Also Be Communicated. In The Event Of Force Majeure, Obtaining The Necessary Signaling Permit(S) May Be Adjusted, Postponed Or Canceled By The City If Necessary. If The Work Is Not Started On The Scheduled And Agreed Date, A Fine Of € 250 Per Day Will Be Imposed. If The Implementation Period Is Exceeded, A Fine Of €250 Per Day Will Be Imposed. There Is Always A Dutch-Speaking Contact Person On The Work Floor. Once A Job Has Been Started, Work Will Continue Continuously Until Completion. Place Of Execution The Works To Be Carried Out Are Spread Over The Entire Territory Of The City Of Roeselare.
