Tender For Civil And Interior Works At Commercial Branch At Sbi Complex, Gpo, Indore (M.P.) 1 Dismantling Works For Tiles, Entrance Stairs Sqm 174.00 Dismantling Of Flooring/Skirting/Wall Tiles/Granite Treads/Risers And/Or Of All Types Including Ceramic Tiles /Vitrified Tiles/ Mosaic Tiles/ Stone Tiles In Halls/ Bathrooms/ Kitchen Dado Including Interior Walls (Or Exterior Walls If Required). The Cost Shall Include Removal/ Dismantling Etc. Of Existing Wall Tiles, Dressing/ Chiselling/ Finishing/ Replastering Etc. For Levelling Or Surface Preparation Purposes To Achieve Smooth, Leveled Surface Suitable For Tiling. Disposal Of Dismantled/ Chiseled Tiles And All Related Debris Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. The Cost Shall Also Include Safely Chiselling Out Remains Of Tiles From The Wall Surface Without Damaging Existing Pipelines, Conduits, Cables, Wires, Switchboards Or Any Such Item Concealed Inside The Wall Below The Tiles., Safe Handling And Removal Of Debris To A Safe Distance As Directed By The Engineer-In-Charge. Measurement Shall Be Done For The Carpet Area For Flooring And Dismantled Area On Walls And Scope Shall Include Disposal Of All Debris From The Premises As Instructed, The Rate Shall Include The Cost Of Disposal. 2 Cleaning Works/Plaster & Crack Repairs Sq.M 10.00 Cleaning, Removal And Repair Of Loose Plaster Layers On Walls, Ceiling Etc. As Instructed Below: Removal Of Loose Plaster With Careful Light Hammering And Lightly Chiselling-Off All Loose Layers Of Plaster From Ceiling, Columns And Walls Inside/Between The Premises Wherever Required, Painting With A Thick And Homogenous Coating Of Cement Slurry Prepared With A Diluted Styrene Butadine Rubber (Sbr Latex) As Per Manufacturers Specifications On All The Exposed Plastered, Concrete And/Or Brick Surface And While The Coating Is Tacky, Applying A Cement Plaster With Clean River Sand In 1:3 Ratio Also Mixed With Sbr Latex In Recommended Proportion And Method To Achieve A Smooth, Leveled Surface And Including Proper Curing Etc. As Recommended By The Manufacturer. The Sbr Latex Chemical Shall Be Of Reputed Brands Like Pidilite, Roffe Strictly As Per Approval. The Rate Shall Include All Tools And Plants Required And Shall Include Cleaning Of Surfaces, Disposing Of Debris To A Safe Distance. All Stools/ Ladders/ Scaffoldings Etc. Shall Be Provided By The Contractor And The Works Shall Have To Comply With The Instructions Of The Architects And To The Satisfaction Of The Engineer-In-Charge. Etc.
