Carrying Out The Winter Mechanical De-Sloping And Snow Removal Works Of The Public Road Network And Surface Toll Waiting Areas Under The Management Of The Municipality Of Miskolc County, With The Provision Of Spreading Material. If Required, The Period Can Be Changed By 30 Days In The Period After March 15, If The Weather Conditions Justify It. I. Tasks To Be Performed During The Service: • Carrying Out Winter Mechanical De-Skid And Snow Removal Works Of The Road Network Under The Management Of Miskolc County Self-Government By Providing Spreading Material; • Carrying Out Winter Mechanical De-Skid And Snow Removal Works Of Surface Toll Waiting Areas (Hereinafter: Toll Parking Lots) Under The Management Of Miskolc County Municipality, By Providing Spreading Material; • Provision Of Spreading Materials (By Material Loading, Mixing) For The Manual Snow Removal And Snow Removal Of Public Areas Managed By The Municipality Of Miskolc County. • Creation And Provision Of A Snow Control Dispatcher Service Office. Ii. Tools And Conditions To Be Provided By The Bidder: In The Case Of The Machines Used During The Work, The Following Conditions Must Be Met: 5 Spraying Machines, Which Meet The Following Conditions: • Suitable For Spreading Cacl2 And Other Modern Liquid Spreading Materials, Min. 1800 L Liquid Tank; • Min. 4 M3 Dry Spray Material Tank; • The Total Length Of The Edge Of The Rubber Sheet On The Sliding Plate Is Min. 2500-3000 Mm.; • Basic Machine With At Least Two Axles And All-Wheel Drive. 1 Spreading Machine, Which Has The Following Conditions: • 1.5-4 M3 Container Of Dry Spreading Material On A Sliding Plate, The Total Length Of The Edge Of The Rubber Plate Is Min. 2500-3000 Mm; Basic Machine With All-Wheel Drive. The Solid And Liquid Spray Material Should Be Transported Separately, In Separate Containers, And The Automatic Spreading Control Should Allow At Least 5 Vehicles To Apply Them Individually Or In Combination. The Bidder Is Obliged To Provide The Number Of Vehicles Ordered In Advance, Regardless Of Possible Breakdowns During The Service Period. Instead Of The Defective Vehicle/Vehicles, You Must Ensure That It Is Replaced Within A Maximum Of Two Hours And Without Additional Payment, This Applies To The Type And Mixing Ratio Of The Spray Material Used During Normal Operation. In Addition: 2 Spreaders, All-Wheel-Drive Basic Machine With A Sliding Plate With A Rubber Sheet Edge No Wider Than 2 Meters, Which Is Equipped With A Dry Spreading Material Tank Of At Least 1.5 Cubic Meters. 1 Sprayer With A Minimum 8 Cubic Meter Dry Spray Material Tank And The Technical Conditions Described Above For 5 Sprayers.
