Expression of Interest for Medical Suppliers Market Assessment and Shortlisting. The Humanitarian Logistics Cooperative (HULO), on behalf of the following international non-governmental organisations: Action Against Hunger (ACF) Spain, Medair, Médecins du Monde, Première Urgence Internationale (PUI) and Relief International (RI), invites qualified suppliers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the: Market assessment and shortlisting of suppliers of pharmaceuticals, medical consumables and medical equipment for humanitarian organisations operating in Lebanon. Shortlisted suppliers will be referred to Quamed for an independent technical assessment. How to apply Instructions for Submission: Proposals must be submitted by email only to tender-lebanon@hulo.coop, following the instructions in the EOI documents. The email subject must strictly follow the format: "LBN/HULO/2026/004 - MSA - [Company name]". All documents must be submitted in PDF format, structured as Stage 1 and Stage 2 documents.
