The Bbmk Is The Only Authentically Preserved Iron Ore Mine And Museum In The Westphalia Region. The Existing Buildings On The Property In Question Were Built Between 1935 And 1938. Since 1988, The Buildings Have Served As A Museum With An Attached Workshop As Well As Storage And Exhibition Areas. The Building Is A Listed Building. The Service Of This Tender Includes All The Work Required For Plastering And Stucco Work With High Requirements For Moisture And Heat Protection In The Monument Area.
