General Construction Work For Pipelines – Sv-Kwe-261020-001 - Tw - District Cooling Center Hkw Süd, 2Nd Construction Phase - Mechanical Engineering, Pipeline Construction. The Client Intends To Expand An Existing District Cooling Center At The Hkw Süd Location To Supply The District Cooling Network. The Subject Of This Procurement Is The Execution Of The Complete Pipeline Construction As Well As The Entire Mechanical Engineering With The Exception Of The Components Provided By The Client For The 2Nd Construction Phase Of The District Cooling Center. For Pipeline Construction, Approximately 900 M Of Pipelines (Dn150 - Dn600) And Approximately 2400 M Of Pipelines (Dn25 - Dn100) Including Fittings And Sensors Are Required. The Machine Technology Mainly Involves 12 Pumps And Partial Flow Degassing. In Addition To The Execution, The Contractor Should Complete The Planning Services In Advance With The Implementation Planning (Detail Engineering) Including Pipe Statics And Construction Site Planning. The Services Essentially Include: Carrying Out Planning Services (Implementation Planning Including Pipe Statics, Construction Site Planning) Delivery And Assembly Of All Pumps, Shut-Off And Control Valves, Some Including Drives, Field Devices And Partial Flow Degassing. Delivery And Assembly Of Sophisticated Pipeline Construction Including All Pipelines, Pipeline Supports And Insulation. Assembly Supervision Including Quality Assurance Of The Services. Compiling The Documentation According To The Clients Requirements. Support In The Commissioning Planning And Implementation Of The Entire System. From The Clients Point Of View, An On-Site Appointment Makes Sense For The Preparation Of The Offer. This Can Be Carried Out During The Preparation Of The Offer And Must Be Requested By The Bidder.
