The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Hygiene Products To The Ordering Partys Headquarters For The Duration Of The Contract, In Accordance With Orders Placed During The Term Of The Contract. A Detailed List Of Hygiene Products Can Be Found In The Pricing Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz).2 The Ordering Party Reserves That The Quantities Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Price Form, Are Quantities Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer.3 The Ordered Hygiene Products Will Be Subject To Fixed Unit Prices Given In The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Is An Attachment To Contractors Offers, During The Entire Duration Of The Contract.4 The Ordering Party Reserves That The Final Number Of Ordered Hygiene Articles May Be Different From The Quantities Indicated In The Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) And May Be Changed (Decreased Or Increased) In Terms Of Items, Provided That The Total Value Of The Orders Does Not Exceed The Remuneration Specified In The Contract.
