Expression of Interest for Skill Acquisition Training for Selected Women and Youths in Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode Federal Constituency, Edo State SUBMISSION OF EOI (SERVICES) Interested firms in services are to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) for each of the LOT desired, in Three(3) hardcopies each (one original & two copies). The EOI should be addressed as indicated above and submitted not later than 12:00noon, Tuesday, 27th October, 2026. 7.0 OPENING OF EOI AND TECHNICAL BIDS The EOI and the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon Tuesday, 27th October, 2026 and 12:00noon, Tuesday, 10th November, 2026 respectively in the Conference Room 2nd Floor, Administration Block NOHB, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
