Tenders are invited for Installation of Buglar Bars and Aluminium Windows The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. Contractors Class 1 registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles. Conditions: · Contractors must be able to demonstrate capability to perform works of similar nature either government/ private works. · Bidder must not have any ongoing project(s) with any Public Procuring Entity; 1. Which has/have delayed beyond the respective completion date(s) set out in the respective Contract (s) due to delays attributable to the Contractor or 1. Where actual progress of works has fallen behind the expected progress, due to delays attributed to the Contractor. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: PERSEVERANCE PRIMARY SCHOOL PERFORMANCE PERIOD: 10 Calendar Weeks ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Seychelles Infrastructure Agency (SIA) at Bel Ombre as from Monday 19th October 2026, from 09:00am to 02:00pm (excluding 12:00pm to 1:00pm) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR 300.00 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Wednesday 21st October 2026 not later than 12:00pm. Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of their Valid License, the Business Registration Number / NIN and upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase. PREBID MEETING/SITE VISIT: A mandatory site information meeting / site visit has been organized on Thursday 22nd October 2026 at 10:00 am. The meeting point shall be at the Perseverance Secondary School. Failure to attend the site information meeting/site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS: TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN SEALED ENVELOPES MARKED, INSTALLATION OF BUGLAR BAR AT PERSEVERANCE PRIMARY SCHOOL AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, ATTIC FLOOR, CARE HOUSE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10:30AMON Tuesday 10th November 2026.
