Pre-tendering meeting is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 25/08/2026, at South Al Zour Plant. All documents must be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond, which must be submitted on paper. Requires a valid national manpower quota compliance certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower. Requires a valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate confirming no suspension on the bidders file. Small and medium enterprise owners are exempt from tender document fees pursuant to Article 39 of Law No. 74/2019.
