Tenders are invited for Fully Fitted Office Space Lease with Facilities Management for Three (3) Years Tender fee (non-refundable) QAR 1,000/-(Until 12:00pm Noon 25th October 2026) Tender Bond QAR 80,000/-(Valid for 120 calendar days after Closing Date) Brief Scope: GHC intends to lease a fully fitted office space, including use of common areas. The proposed building must have minimum 2,100 sqm net rentable area, within 15 kms from GHC Heliport. Contract term will be three (3) years (First 2 years as lock-in period). The proposed office must be fully fitted with Facilities Management. Tenderer may propose (fully furnished or unfurnished) options. Awarded Office Space must be handed over to GHC within 30 calendar days from Letter of Award. i. Interested tenderers to communicate their willingness to bid and send contact details to GHC email (procurement@gulfhelicopters.com) indicating company name, address, telephone, official email, authorized company representative, etc. latest by 22nd October 2026. GHC tender reference numbers and description must be mentioned in the email. . Non-refundable tender fee of QAR 1,000- is payable to GHC, only through QNB account #0013-036531-001 IBAN #QA80QNBA000000000013036531001 via online or at any QNB branch. Interested tenderers shall attach the evidence of the tender fee payment and send it via tenderers official email to GHC email: procurement@gulfhelicopters.com, latest by 25th October 2026, 12:00 pm for GHC approval, Tender package will be sent via email to the confirmed participants from tender@gulfhelicopters.com by 26th October 2026.
