Tenders are invited for Emergency Works for the Dismantling, Transportation, Supply, and Installation of One (1) 300 Mva Power Transformer at Shuaiba (X) Substation. Price: 1000 Kuwaiti Dinar Bid Bond: 62000 Kuwaiti Dinar to be in favor of CAPT valid for (90) days Time: 10:00 a.m. Date: 01.11.2026 Location: Sabhan Primary Substation, Maintenance Department. Pre-practice Meeting (Inquiry Session) The practice documents will be published on CAPT website for viewing before purchasing the documents. When purchasing the documents and payment is fulfilled, any requests for refund of fees will not be accepted unless the practice is canceled as per Article no. (55) of the Public Tenders Law. The final closing time for submitting bids is one oclock in the afternoon of the day specified in the above announcement, which is scheduled for submitting the bids. General practice in accordance with the provisions of Article No. (17) of Public Tenders Law No. (49) of 2016. The practice shall not be divided. Alternate offers will not be accepted. Payment mentioned above shall be made by either a certified check or K-net card. Inquiries or clarifications, etc. from the companies / practitioners to be submitted to the relevant authority at the time and place specified above for the Pre-tendering meeting (inquiry session). Any inquiries or clarifications submitted to the CAPT will not be considered. All documents should be submitted on a non-editable CD, except for the bid Price and the initial Bond, which should be submitted as hard copies. A valid National Manpower Percentage Certificate issued from the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted from your local partner with the bid proposal. The Bid envelopes shall be opened at the time and place indicated in the tender documents in a public session in the presence of the bidders or their representatives as per the Article no. This announcement is considered as an invitation for the willing practitioners, who are qualified by CAPT, to attend the opening of the bids envelopes, as the desired companies are entitled to attend. Companies wishing to attend should coordinate with the Bid Opening Department before the day mentioned for the bid opening session and should bring the following documents: Copy of Civil ID. A copy of the authorized signatory of CAPT. In case that someone is present other than the person authorized to sign, a written letter must be brought from the authorized person, whose signature is approved by CAPT, authorizing whomever he sees fit to attend the session.
