Request for proposals for Consultancy for an End-line Qualitative Study on the Effects of Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention (SMC) Withdrawal Signature to confirm compliance with Malaria Consortiums Policies and Bidders Declaration of Interest (on the BRD) b. Copy of business registration documents (proof of legal operation in South Sudan). c. Technical Proposal with the following details I. Range and depth of company experience II. At least three relevant client reference for similar contracts III. Relevant internal good practice policies IV. Evidence of approval from relevant authority to carry out such service V. Capacity and resources available to deliver this consultant Service. VI. Acceptance of the proposed payment terms d. Pricing proposal, with total cost estimate for the services, and including a full cost breakdown. 8. Malaria Consortium reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Malaria Consortium and is not bound to accept the lowest priced bid submitted. 9. Malaria Consortium reserves the right to award contracts to multiple vendors if deemed to be in its best interest. 10. The award criteria shall be based on the proposals overall response and value for money while taking into consideration donor and internal requirements and regulations. The award will be determined by a committee of Malaria Consortium employees. 11. The successful vendor shall receive a contract, which can be extended upon agreement of both parties. 12.
