Ribbons, Pen Drives, Toners , Cartridges, Plotter Machine Cartridges) Registration Of Contractors And Suppliers For The Chief Secretariat Of The Uva Province Will Be Done Via Online Software From 16.10.2026 Until 11.12.2026. The Suppliers Who Find It Difficult To Register Through Online Software May Call Over At The Office Of The Deputy Chief Secretary (Finance) Or To Any Divisional Secretariat Within The Uva Province Or Any Ministry Or Department Of Uva Provincial Council (Or Any Government Provincial Council Institution That Can Issue A Receipt On Behalf Of The Uva Provincial Council) Pay The Registration Fee And Register After Obtaining The Application. Only A Single Application Should Be Submitted For Each Business / Institution But Any Amount Of Items Can Be Submitted In One Application For Registration. A Registration Fee For Each Item Is Rs. 1000/-. Total Amount For The Number Of Items Applying For In An Application At The Rate Of Rs. 1000/- For Each Item Should Be Paid In Favour Of Deputy Chief Secretary (Finance), Uva Province To The Shroff Or To Any Divisional Secretariat Within Uva Province Or To Any Ministry Or Department Of The Uva Provincial Council (To Any Provincial Council Institution Of The Government That Can Issue A Receipt On Behalf Of The Uva Provincial Council) And The Original Receipt Obtained Should Be Scanned And Entered To The Online Software. Or Else The Registration Fee May Be Credited To Account No. 269-1001-1844-0638 Maintained At The Badulla Muthiyangana Branch Of PeopleS Bank In Favour Of Deputy Chief Secretary (Finance), Uva Province And The Bank Receipt Should Be Scanned And Entered Into The Online Software And Submitted.
