Ks Is Looking For An Experienced Process And Facilitation Partner Who Can Contribute To Developing, Implementing, Evaluating And Further Developing A Pilot Class In A Senior Management Program For Collective Leadership For System Change. The Target Group Is Top Managers In State And Local Government. The Program Will Be Implemented In 2027, And Will Be Developed In Close Collaboration With The Participants. The Pilot Class Will Test The Content, Working Method And Learning Plan, And The Participants Will Provide Input That Forms The Basis For Further Development Of A More Complete And Lasting Program Offer. The Main Goal Is To Build A Learning Community For Collective Leadership That Is Capable Of Taking New, System-Oriented And Cross-Sector Initiatives Linked To Specific Societal Challenges. Over Time, The Individual Cohorts/Cohorts Will Be Built Together Into A Larger Community Through Mentoring Arrangements And Various Alumni Activities
