Environmental Quality Control Services – Dynamic Purchasing System For Providing Supervision Services In The Sez Area. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded In Dns Will Be The Provision Of Supervision Activities, I.E. Control Activities And Related Services In The Implementation Of Public Contracts For The Removal Of Old Environmental Burdens (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Sez) For The Ministry Of Finance As The Client. The Provision Of Supervision Activity Is Understood In Particular To Supervise The Execution Of Public Contracts In The Sez Area By Another Supplier. In Particular, The Requested Services May Include The Following Activities: • Control Of The Effectiveness Of Implemented Works And Their Progress, • Control Of Utilization Of The Approved Budget And Compliance With Unit Prices, • Control Of Compliance Of Implemented Works With Approved Projects And Control Of Compliance With Prescribed And Approved Technological Procedures, • Control Of Compliance Of Implemented Works With Legislation And The Requirements Of State Administration Bodies, • Control Of Scope And Quality Of Works And Achievement Of Target Parameters, • Issuance Of Supervision Opinion On All Proposed Changes And Adjustments To The Progress Of Works, On Processed Partial Projects, Additions To Projects And To Changes In Procedures And Technologies With An Assessment Of Their Impact On Quality, • Control Of The Completion Time And Price Of The Implemented Works; • Issuing Supervision Opinions On Partial Reports, Stage Reports And The Final Final Report Of The Supplier Of The Audited Contract With Conclusions And Recommendations; • Preparation Of A Partial Supervision Report For The Quarterly Control Days, Evaluating The Progress And Fulfillment Of The Objectives Of The Work Carried Out In The Given Time Period, With Conclusions And Recommendations For Their Further Course; • Preparation Of Initial Documentation On Supervision Activities, Final Report On The Results Of Supervision Activities With Conclusions And Recommendations; • Monitoring And Evaluation Of New Facts Affecting The Course Of Controlled Works; • Control Of Further Management Of Waste Removed By External Devices; • Representatives Of Supervision Will Actively Participate In Monthly And Quarterly Control Days (At The Place Of Performance Of The Public Order) And, If Necessary, Invoicing Days And Other Meetings; • Making Entries Into The Sekm Database In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Administrator Of The Said Database. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded In The Dns May Also Be Related Services Such As: • Health And Safety Coordination, Which Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Currently Effective Legal Regulations; • Opponent Assessment Of Project Documentation, Feasibility Study, Risk Analysis Or Other Documents Created During Sez Implementation; • Research And Monitoring Work, Sampling Used To Determine The Current State Of Pollution Or Its Development And Related Necessary Activities; • Processing Of Implementation Projects Of Supervision Activities As A Basis For Awarding A Public Contract For Supervision, Including Research And Itemized Budgets. The Subject Of Public Contracts Awarded In Dns, Business Conditions And Technical Conditions Will Always Be Defined In Detail In Individual Calls For Tenders According To § 141 Of The Act.
