Auction For The Two (02) Locations Are Available For Mixed Parking Facilities And One (01) Ac Waiting Room Is Available Inside The Station Building At Shg Railway Station. The Licensee Shall Operate, Maintain, And Keep The Allotted Facilities Clean And In Good Condition In Accordance With The Special Conditions Of Contract Applicable To Mixed Parking Facilities And The Ac Waiting Room. The Locations And Total Area Shall Be As Specified In The Attached Site Map. The Bidder Shall Physically Inspect The Sites And Assess Their Feasibility And Existing Conditions Before Participating In The E-Auction. All Necessary Structures And Installations Shall Be Provided And Maintained By The Licensee At Its Own Cost And Risk. Any Disputes With Local Authorities, The Municipal Corporation, Or Other Concerned Agencies Shall Be Resolved By The Licensee At Its Own Cost And Responsibility, Without Involving The Railway Administration. Blueprints, Structural Drawings, Electrical Layout Plans, And Installation Methodology, Wherever Applicable, Shall Be Submitted To And Approved By The Competent Authority Before Commencement Of Any Installation Work.,Commercial Publicity Rights Shall Include Ooh(Out Of Home) Advertising Through Hoardings And Rdn (Rail Display Network) Advertising Through Led Screens, Advertisement Boards, And Lit Boards, As Per The Quantity, Locations, And Total Area Specified In The Attached Site Map.The Bidder Shall Inspect The Sites And Verify Their Feasibility And Conditions Before Participating In The E-Auction. The Licensee Shall Arrange, Install, And Maintain All Required Structures At Its Own Cost And Risk.
